The "Shanghai Young Scientist Rising Star Program," established by the Shanghai Municipal Science and Technology Commission in 1991, has continuously focused on nurturing and supporting outstanding young researchers under 35. Recently, the Shanghai Municipal Science and Technology Commission announced the list of proposed recipients for the 2023 "Science and Technology Innovation Action Plan" Rising Star Program. Among this highly anticipated list, Prof. Mao Xiaojun from the Quantitative Finance Research Center of the School of Mathematical Sciences was selected.
